Excellent! Be sure to communicate your level of physical fitness ahead of time as they customize where they take you!! They are both certified lifeguards which was important as one person swim. We were taken on a moderate intensity tour around a beautiful cascade where we climbed, swam, saw Taino petroglyphs over 600 years old and enjoyed the gorgeous view and delicious mango from their garden. Very passionate and knowledgeable about the environment and history of the land. 🙏

Amazing ! The best thing we did during our last trip in PR. This adventure tested our fitness and bravery levels , and we passed ! Shirley said she tailors each trip to her customers , so nothing to be afraid. So interesting to hear the stories and legends and immerse yourself into the beauty of nature. 10 out of 10 ! Highly recommend for any adventurous adults and older children.

Shirley and Miquel were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. They definitely created an unforgettable experience for us. We loved jumping off rocks and swimming in the rain forest. One thing to note is that the tour demands a certain level of fitness and that if you're on the older side (45+) and don't do much hiking or climbing, you may want to discuss an alternate plan for the tour.
