What you'll do

We'll start with a meditation or breathing practice to bring quietude to our bunny mind. Then I'll guide you through a GENTLE, MEDITATIVE Qi flow yoga, which is a combination of flow yoga and Qigong.

The practice can be tailored to your needs since it is a small class size. During this journey, you are invited to evoke all the senses to connect deeper with yourself, other beings and beautiful nature around us. While you feel blissed out after the practice, I will share with you some hidden nature gems around Vancouver Island.

Willow's Park - A local's favorite in the summer. beautiful waterfront park with large grassed area. We will be on the grass surrounded by trees and overlooking the ocean. There are change rooms and washrooms, concession and tea room available.

This was a very Peaceful class in a beautiful setting. Willows beach is a wonderful place to have a yoga class. It enhanced the mindful experience of the movement. Lin’s sequence was very relaxing and relieved the muscle tension I felt. She was very friendly and shared information about Victoria. Her regular clients were also chatty and informative. I look forward to coming back!

I enjoyed practicing yoga with Lin. She chose a perfect spot. She started the session with readying from Eckhart Tolle which I found wise. The whole experience made my day :)

I highly recommend this experience regardless of your yoga level. It was a great way to spend an hour by the water and start your morning. The class is amazing and Lin a great teacher.

It was a really relaxing and fun experience doing Yoga and some Qigong moves with Lin on a Sunday morning! She was helpful with giving us tips on some of the positions too. Trying a little bit of Thai massage at the end was an interesting, new experience for me. We all had some delicious tea at the end with some cherries, and talked for a bit; really delightful!

Lin is very pleasant and I had a great experience, relaxing and taking care of my body in a beautiful nature setting. Notice this is a mindfulness focused yoga session, not a very physically difficult lesson, as yoga lessons sometimes can be.

Lin has a very calm, peaceful presence and is knowledgeable about yoga. We were provided with mats, blocks, and blankets for our class, which was held at beautiful Willows Park overlooking the sea. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the class with Lin!
