Animal experience hosted by Sarah

90 mins
Includes food, drinks
Up to 6 people
Hosted in English, Hebrew

What you'll do

Guests will get a full tour of the farm and will interact with the llamas and the goats. We will take a few llamas for a walk along a running creek, pet the goats, feel what llama fleece is like and see many beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers.
On our way around the property we will look at some ancient Indian acorn grinding rocks.
Cold drinks will be offered on the shady lawn. Guests could take a refreshing swim in my swimming pool. A small pool is available for young children.
My dates, times and group sizes are flexible. Please contact me if you like to schedule something on a specific day or time. Group or school tours are available, please inquire.
Other things to note
During the rainy season rain boots are best since the fields can be muddy. Good walking shoes or boots are best during the dry seasons. The walk is on somewhat uneven lawns and pathways so if you have difficulties walking bring a cane or special shoes.

I have been raising show llamas for 9 years and will be delighted to share my love of llamas, Mini Nubian goats, and flowers with you!
My property is set on 15 acres in the Sierra Foothills with year- around running creek, abundant aromatic gardens and parklike areas.

Watch llamas cavort across the field, pet these calming creatures with their silky fibers and take one for a walk. You’ll experience their healing influence and understand why they are used in nursing homes, schools, and therapy sessions.

The farm has a pastoral beauty in all four seasons and, although the climate is Mediterranean, it is much like an English country garden.

Great experience! It felt more like visiting a friend than an airbnb experience. Sarah made us feel very welcome and gave us a great tour while walking the llamas. Our kids (3 and 6 y.o.) enjoyed it very much! Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely, personal experience. Sarah clearly loves llamas and connecting with her guests. This is not a large commercialized operation that rushes you through each part of the tour, instead, you’ll be welcomed by Sarah herself, her super friendly cat and dogs, and start off the experience just sitting out on her rustic front porch chatting with some hot beverages and snacks. Then you’ll get to meet the llamas and go on a slow leisurely walk through the woods together. Each person in our four person group had their own llama to walk. I was lucky enough to walk a 6 month old llama! After the walk, we spent at least another sitting with Sarah out in her backyard, snacking on pie and chatting about everything from how to breed llamas to recent events. A lovely way to unwind!

Sarah provided a fantastic experience. On arrival, my fiancé and I were greeted by her two adorable dogs and a cat. Once we settled in, sarah took us to see the llamas, which she is extremely knowledgeable about. The llama’s were very well behaved as we took them on a walk, and we had fun getting to know them. We are looking forward to taking friends and family back in the future for their own unforgettable experience.
