What you'll do
Upon arrival at Small Talk Vineyards, check in at the yoga tent and get your all access stamp. Our session begins with 30 minutes of gentle seated Hatha flow yoga, designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. While we move through our yoga poses, the baby goats will explore and play on and around us, often cuddling up to guests and sometimes even falling asleep. The yoga session is followed by 30 minutes of extra time for goat cuddles, photos and relaxation. To complete the experience, head over to the retail store for a complementary tasting of four ciders.

This highly publicized and unique Goat Yoga experience has been featured in several articles and was profiled on the popular Canadian reality show, Dragon’s Den, in 2019. As founder and master Goat Yogi, I have completed many certifications including Certified Yoga Tune-up Specialist, Fitness Ontario Leadership Certification, the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher accreditation with Yoga Alliance, and St. John’s Ambulance First Aid and CPR. I have been teaching Goat Yoga in Niagara-on-the-lake since 2015.
The goats of Fox Den are also trained and socialized for human interaction. Many of them still babies, the goats are friendly, docile and downright cuddly.
I love teaching Goat Yoga because of the amazing positive effects I have witnessed in my guests. Participants leave the session feeling lighter, more connected to nature and each other.
