Never shy in front of an audience, passionate and bubbly with a strong passion in sharing the best of Singapore's cultures, nuances and policies. Having been in the tourism industry for a decade, i decided to take time out and start a home base baking studio with my wife. The baking studio will be the platform where we (including you the reader) create unique local Singapore flavours and products, through the experiences we gain from the insider tours around our studio.
