What a fun, informative and definitely delicious way to spend half a day in Valencia. The My First Paella class was worth every penny. Not only did we learn how to make a wonderful seafood paella(or meat or veg) we learned how to make sangria and they gave us white or red wine with our meal! They also served us a small dessert with a shot of moscatel. Our hosts Kristina, Jose and Guillermo were entertaining, informative and friendly. We mingled with people from around the globe over tasty sangria and a little appetizer when we got back from the market then we got to it, chopping and cooking in small groups. We highly recommend this experience!
