What we’ll do

Our tour will start at one of Olinda's main Square, Praça do Carmo. Then we going to visit the Carmo's Church a barroque church from the XVI century. After the church we going to walk through one of Olinda's Main street talking about the houses and the history of the colonial time. When we arrive in the crossroad called "Quatro cantos" we going to climb the "Ladeira da Misericórdia" (Mercy…

Olinda, such as most part of Brazil it is an unsafe city, the area where we are going to walk it's safer because of tourist police, but it is important that you always take care of your belongings.

Where you'll be

The house of Branca Dias- The first woman that teached and owned a school for girls in colonial Brazil and also the place where she performed hidden judaic rituals. The house of the man of the midnight: a little museum where the most famous icon of Olinda's carnival is. The Sé Cathedral: the first and most important of Olinda's churches. The Budega de Veio: one of the oldest bodegas in Olinda and the place were the locals goes to the happy hour.
