What you'll do

Lets Make & Eat together the authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch, homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù while drinking your Italian wine. Live the funniest hours of your holiday!

Among laughs, anecdotes and good wine enjoy the fruits of your labor, in my cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace. No clean up!

During the all process you will be help by a passionate English speaking Chef.

Treat yourself to a cozy location, a few steps away from the Vatican Museum. Take a moment and have an authentic Italian aperitif: Spritz and homemade crunchy cheese and pepepr chips.

After this brief warm up, we prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta (Fettuccine, Maltagliati or Tagliatelle), homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from, a wood board, apron and a rolling pin.

Your pasta will be seasoned with my best Roman sauce, passing from the classic tomato & basil to a tasty Carbonara. Last but not least Make and Eat tiramisù, with which you can explore your imagination, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients.

Tomato Bruschetta cook in a wood oven and another meal drink are included in the menu.

Join my social table, sip wine with your new friends and take the opportunity to ask me all the tip and tricks about Italian food and the best spot to be in Rome.

The best pasta experience takes place at Pummarè, our creative lab, right above the lively Trionfale Food market a stone's throw from the Vatican Musem. A place that perfectly combine the authentic italian soul with a new and fresh concept of space, we are ancient modernists!

With so many pasta classes offered in Italy it’s a hard choice. I opted for this one as it was close to our accommodations. Chef Davide did a great with instruction and technique but lacked basic elements of a great host/guide. No effort was made to integrate the group. It was a blunt start and rushed finale, having left prior to the serving of the meal. At the time of my participation there was less than 20 reviews maybe he is new and will only get better with time. We did leave confident knowing we could make some good tiramisu and ravioli.

My daughters and I had a wonderful cooking experience with Tommaso. He was kind, pleasant and informative. Tommaso gave step by step easy instructions. The pasta and tiramisu we made were delicious. We will definitely try to do this at home.

I took Davide’s class with friends. We had a great time and our food was delicious! Making our pasta from scratch was much easier than I expected. We ate our meal afterwards on the lovely roof deck of his restaurant. Thank you for the fun and informative experience, Davide!

We had a lot of fun with Mara who was our host on the day. I was a bit worried at the beginning because there were more people then expected and I feared it would create too much of a chaos. But Mara navigated it really well and managed us all well. I have to say she was wonderful with our 5 yr old, he had the fun of his life making his own pasta and using all the tools. The other guests were also fun and relaxed, so the whole thing ended with a really nice and entertaining afternoon. Thanks guys!

Davide’s class was excellent and I would recommend it to everyone. He makes sure to give each person the attention and help during the class. What I enjoyed was that we were able to make Pasta, Ravioli and Tiramisu for dessert after our main meal. You will eat everything you make. The process of making these meals is very easy and he explains it step by step!

This was a wonderful experience. The host really made the whole thing enjoyable start to finish. I had never done a cooking class before, and honestly have no interest in cooking, it was more a gift for my wife and mother. But I had a great time, with a very knowledgeable host, and by the end I felt like I had really learned something and was happy that I had participated. It was a real highlight of the trip.
