Cooking with Danielle was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We learnt a lot about the mexican culture and how to make such good food! It didn‘t really seem like a class, it felt more like cooking with friends or family. Would highly recommend!

Omg this was one of best cooking classes I have ever attended. Like can you imagine making authentic Mexican food by scratch in the jungle . Danielle was amazing and very knowledgeable. We met Danielle at a local market where she discussed various veggies , spices, and fruit needed to prepare our meals. Then we drove to her home which was literally in the jungle . Before we cooked we cooked off in the cenotes which was directly next to her home . Then we prepared a wonder meal of by scratch . My daughter and her friend will remember this for a lifetime . Don’t hesitate to book .

We were two families with kids ranging from 2-16 and we all had such a wonderful experience with Danielle! We loved learning about local produce at the market, then using those ingredients in our cooking class. We made guacamole, salsa and tacos Al pastor and everyone loved it. We especially loved the addition of swimming in a nearby cenote. Danielle was so welcoming and accommodating to our large group. I highly recommend this experience!

Don’t hesitate and book this experience! Danielle was amazing and taught me so much about the history of spices and Mexican culture. We made tortillas, guacamole, al pastor tacos, and roasted salsa from scratch! It definitely gave the vibes of just making dinner with your family and friends. The location was an amazing jungle oasis and close to multiple cenotes that we were able to walk to and swim to cool down. I saw exotic birds, fish, and turtles. They were nice enough to pick me up and drop me off at my apartment as well. Genuinely amazing and hospitable people! I left with not only more knowledge and understanding of Mexican cuisine, but a couple of great friends to show me Playa! Worth every penny!
