What you'll do

We'll meet at the Squamish Adventure Centre to get acquainted, check gear, and review the days plan and goals. We'll then convoy to a trailhead (within 10 mins drive) and depart on a half day (3-4 hours) or running, discovering new trails, and breaking down mountain running techniques in engaging alpine terrain. Expect to tackle 10km and up to 500m of vertical gain at a mellow pace. We'll end the day back at the cars with high fives to follow!

Where you'll be

We'll be visiting lesser known and new trails in the Squamish area, and navigating off-trail terrain in higher alpine areas. Ultimately, our goal is to show you a side of the Sea-to-Sky not frequented by the every day visitor, but appreciated by those willing to run the extra miles to get there.
