L'incontro durerà 3 ore circa e si svolgerà nel seguente modo. Preparerò a cucinare una o più ricette con l'aiuto dell'ospite, raccontando storia, leggende e aneddoti su quello che si prepara. Infine, ci sarà la degustazione del piatto preparato. Sarà possibile portare con sé la pietanza per questo consiglio di portare un contenitore tupper.

Da bambina insieme a mia nonna e a mia madre si preparava a il pranzo domenicale: pasta fresca, gnocchi, pizze farcite, verdure locali e tanti altri piatti tipici della regione. Paola hosted four of us for a cooking class and it was great. She treated us to vegetables fresh from the garden, and had a very well organized local menu. She connected with us, was patient, pleasant, relaxed, and helpful in her teaching. All the food was fantastic and we found this to a great experience. We can’t wait to try making some of this at home! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I did this experience with three other people and it was amazing! Paola was waiting for us outside to greet us. All the ingredients she uses are fresh and 95% are from her garden, where everything is natural and no pesticides are used. We made multiple dishes: pasta with zucchini and zucchini flowers, bread balls with lentils, roasted potatoes etc After the meal, she gave us some limoncello and watermelon. What made this experience even more special is sharing her stories, anecdotes and giving us tips about the area, like trekking trails etc I highly recommend Paola’s cooking class, it was intimate and the food delicious. I know she does not mention English in her posting, but I wouldn’t consider that an issue at all as she is still able to communicate.
