What you'll do

in this oportunity we do the Coffee Farm Experience; we gonna take you to the montains behind bogota to the really local town of choachi. from there we will drive like 5 minutes more untill we get to our organic coffee farm. there we will meet the local farmers and with them we have a traditional colombian breackfast; we will hear about how is to be a coffee farmer, after we start with the experience. we take our cocos for pick coffee and we get inside the plantation we learn about the coffee in a organic farm. we gonna walk around the 8000 plants and we will harvesting coffee; also depending of the season may we cant collect coffee but we will rousted coffe them in a really native and artisanal way. we go under the local fruits trees, the idea is to feel the coffee culture pretty close and discover the colombian coffee world. we process the coffee and end drinking more coffee in a diferent way of preparation, we go to te town just for eat the best traditional lunch and in the way back we stop for take some pictures at the paramos and amazing points of bogota vews. because in the way we pass by the paramos. (paramos is one of the best parts of the tours)

hello people im evelyn; im a girl from colombia im part of the colombian local group with andrea, nick, fredy, paula, andres, emilio and juan. i really like coffee and i wanna help culture of coffe in colombia grow. and in this oportunity we will be in all the experiences with my friend MARCELA she is the ourner of one small coffee farm one hour away from bogota the idea is to learn about colombian coffee in a organic and unique farm. always i will take you to the diferent experiences so you can live like local and enjoy the best of colombia.

Where you'll be

we go to choachi town and the organic farm in the way to fomeque ubaque we will start at the coffee place in the history centre of bogota CAFE TACOA and we will pass by the side of the paramo de cruz verde.
