Chris and I are passionate about cooking, art, and sharing stories, so we created the experiential dining experience Relish.Sg (https://www.relish.sg). Our effort to create a more caring Singapore was also recognized by The Deputy Prime Minister in his recent Budget Speech.

Chris is an expert chef, historian, and art collector. He takes an artistic approach to cooking, staying true to recipes while creating out-of-this-world cuisine. Just like rare art, every dish holds secrets and stories that will wow you.

I’m an award-winning television producer who likes to tap into the local art scene and feature excellent acts and visiting musicians in specially-themed parties. Relishdotsg is our way to mix these interests with a delicious dinner and guests like you—you'll leave charmed and very full!

Where you'll be

Nestled between a historic Chinese and Indian Temple, our flat faces a park with large pots reminiscent of the pottery kiln of Serangoon North of old. Take a quick walkabout and get a sense of this amazing heartland town with an unusual “petsville” (rare birds and chinchillas) before you retreat into our beautiful home for a warm welcome and awesome food. The Indian temple has a ceremony at 630pm so you could drop in before joining us.

Enchanting experience from start to finish. The home was inviting and not at all intimidating, considering there are so many historical items in one space. Left learning so much! Felt like a trip through time. Loved how Chris answered all of our questions and Rose was very sweet!

While in Singapore, my wife and I joined Rose and Chris for their dinner experience. It was a fun evening filled with lots of information from Chris about the beautiful collection of art and artifacts that they have. We were fed a good meal and spent the time talking about the interesting things that were all around us. If you are looking for a unique evening with food art and a music experience with some very friendly people, then this will be a worthwhile stop on your trip.

If you love food, culture, art, music and people this is an experience for you. Chris and Rose are such warm and friendly people with so much knowledge and experience of the cultural influences that fuse together to make Singapore so special. Their art collection is amazing and the food (most importantly) is so delicious and a blend of so many different cuisines. I have been to quite a few experiences and this is my favorite so far.

Was so lovely to meet Rose & Chris! Extremely inspiring individuals and conversations with them are so easy. When we gathered at the table it honestly felt like some friends catching up after a long time. The meal that Chris whipped up was simply amazing and definitely left us wanting more. Chris shared personal stories/insights to the different antiques around the house, and we got to play some music too! If you're thinking twice on going for this experience, just do it, you'll have the best time. Thanks for such a great night, Rose & Chris!

Really had a lovely time with Rose and Chris. They prepared delicious food made with love and shared a glimpse of their lives with us. The antiques are in their house are fascinating and you can learn a lot from each antique’s story. They taught us tabla too which was amazing and Chris played the Carnatic Flute. Learned a lot about Hindustani music, Buddhism and spirituality. Would definitely recommend
