What you'll do
Ready to get 'Climate Fit'? Come on a 2-hour standup paddle adventure, where you’ll receive in-depth paddle instructions covering technique, safety, and a great workout while cruising around Marina Del Rey Harbor. We’ll start the journey on land with paddle instructions, yoga stretch, warm up for our paddle out to explore the harbor. If we're lucky, we'll see sea lions, stingrays, sea turtles and maybe dolphins too. I will take awesome PHOTOS of you too! Along the journey, while we get fit on our boards, let's discuss climate change, plastic pollution and how we can protect our ocean planet. After paddling, enjoy a short floating meditation to calm our minds while we soak in the air and water. The experience is set for a small group size for an intimate experience! (Please inquire if you have a larger group.)

I’m a SoCal native, SUP, surfer, yogi, and eco-activist on a mission to protect our ocean planet. As a certified WPA Stand-Up Paddle Fit Instructor, speaker for Vice President Al Gore's Climate Reality and board member of The 5 Gyres Institute, I enjoy taking people outdoors to get fit, learn to paddle like a pro and to talk about climate change, plastic pollution and our oceans. I’m super stoked to host you—let's paddle!
