What you'll do
The session starts with gentle yoga and assisted stretching (about 15 minutes). After, I guide you into relaxation and meditation with my voice and the (45 minute) sound bath begins . Laying on your back, Tibetan Singing Bowls are placed around your body and played in different harmonies for your body to hear and feel the vibrations. Bowls may be placed and played on your body (near the belly or chest) to allow you body to feel vibrations to the core and head to toe. Options are available of aromatherapy, an eye pillow, and a blanket to enhance the experience. At the end of the experience, I gently guide your attention back to the present moment and allow a couple of minutes for reflection and conversation of the experience.

I first connected with sound healing after I spent 3 months in India studying yoga and meditation. I'm passionate about sound bowls because it is a unique tools that allows people to connect with their peace within and feel the vibrations of love.

Where you'll be
The session is in my home studio indoors. I will have mats and blankets set up to accommodate for maximum relaxation and comfort.

Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
No prior experience necessary (with yoga, meditation, or sound bowls). We will talk before and after the session to address any questions or concerns. Come with an open mind & desire to relax.
