It was an excellent tour!!! We were a group of 4 and and Giacomos cousin Federico guided us through the whole experience. It was fantastic to get some background of their vineyards, taste their grapes, see the whole process of fermenting and end the day with great wine and homemade food by Federicos grandpa (by far the best simple spagetthi with promodoro sauce from the garden). Thank you!

It was perfect. Small group, super personalized experience. Amazing food and amazing wine. One of the best things we did in tuscany. Our expectations where really high because of all the great ratings.. but it was even better than we thought. Definetly very well deserved. We bought a bottle of reserva 2014 wine and it was absolutely delicious.

We were picked up by the family, who made it very easy for us to travel to their lovely family vineyard in the hills. Federico then gave us a really great tour of the grounds - which was amazing because we had no idea about wine, and he really knew his stuff - but even better, he cared so much about the wine, he told us stories and the process of making wine with such passion it was hard not to love every minute. After a tour, we tried some of the wines which were obviously all amazing - he even brought out some snacks from his grandmas kitchen and we felt super immersed in this family vineyard. Federico chatted to us telling us even more about the wines, which was so interesting and so generous as he then cooked pasta for us (and the lovely Dutch couple who were there with ya -who knew way more about wine) Afterwards, he helped us get back to Florence. It was the absolute highlight of our weekend - and I’d recommend anyone makes their way out there if you have an afternoon spare. It was absolutely lovely. Hope the family is all well!!

A pleasure to have Federico give us the tour, and welcoming us like new friends to his vineyard. I loved picking the fresh figs from their trees, and being able to just chat with Federico about anything relating to his wine and olives. We even had a gelato together around the area just to continue chatting. Definitely recommend if you want good views, fresh figs, delicious wine which you can learn its entire process, and a great person to chat with as if you were invited to a friend's place

A truly once in a lifetime experience to learn about the Chianti Classico region, its history, and about a family’s personal experience in the winemaking industry. This is a wonderful opportunity for all types of travelers. I went alone and was the only person in the tour and the experience felt very special. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Italy.
