We had an incredible experience with our host, Riccardo! The tour of the beautiful property was so interesting and informative, with such a wonderful focus on the family’s efforts to make wine sustainably without pesticides 🥰 Afterward, the tasting itself featured bread, cheese, salami, olives, and olive oil from the farm itself or ones nearby. We paid a small amount extra for delicious spaghetti pasta with tomato sauce and subtle spices which grounded the whole experience amazingly. The wine and olive oil was so delicious we ordered a box of 6 bottles to affordably ship to our home in the US directly. Riccardo was an incredibly warm and gracious host whose passion for his family’s farm, wine, and the broader Chianti region was a joy to encounter. We decided to take a bus to the farm from Firenze (Florence) which was very affordable. He told us what bus we needed to take, transported us to and from the nearby bus stop, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible when we unfortunately missed our first bus and started the experience a bit late. Choose this experience! You won’t regret it.

It was a great experience, learned a lot about wine making and vineyards in Italy. The food and wine were incredible. My girlfriend and I make regular trips to Napa and Sonoma and we order 6 bottles to be shipped back to the US because we love it so much.

A must do if you’re visiting Tuscany, also the perfect tour if you’re staying in Florence as it’s only 25min from the city center! Fantastic presentation / explanation of the operation and generous tastings of amazing wine!
