What you'll do

Come sail with us and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water! After a short safety briefing, we'll head out in to Baltimore Harbor to take in the sights of the city from the best vantage point, the deck of Condor, our 36' sailboat. While we're sailing you'll enjoy a glass or two of wine along with some cheese and crackers. As the evening winds down you'll enjoy the spectacular colors as the sun sets over Fort McHenry and the city.

Learn more about Steve

Steve

I am the founder and director of SeaAffinity, Inc, a Baltimore based non-profit that combines my two passions of sailing and helping people learn. My wife, Suzanne, and I learned to sail over 20 years ago, on small boats. Since then, we have owned and sailed close to 50 different boats of all sizes in the Chesapeake and the Caribbean, and delivered sailboats on the east coast. I am certified as a US Sailing Instructor, Instructor Trainer, and Master Instructor Trainer, and a member of US Sailing's National Faculty, the group that develops and writes US Sailing's training materials.

Where you'll be

We'll leave from the docks of Tindeco Wharf, and head out into the harbor. You'll see the historic remains of the rail car lift in Canton. We'll sail past Baltimore's Statue of Liberty. We'll head towards the inner harbor and sail past Under Armour, Domino Sugars, and Broadway City Pier. Then we'll head out of the harbor and sail past Fort McHenry and see some of the industrial side of the Port of Baltimore.
