What you'll do
Learn the Japanese Art of Shinrin-yoku ("forest bathing") and the art of intentional well-being with an experienced women's health therapist. A growing body of research demonstrates the physical and mental health benefits of walking in nature coupled with mindfulness. Discovering a sense of awe while being in natural beauty provides the opportunity to find clarity in the everyday and empowers us to set new intentions. During this two hour experience we will explore ways to find your personal sense of well-being and the tools to maintain that balance in life.
