What you'll do

NOTE: Runyon Canyon is currently closed by the city. Until it opens we are doing this hike at nearby Griffith Park, meeting at Lot B just at the entrance from N. Vermont Ave. Full instructions and a video showing all of this will be sent to you when you book!
If you would like to view videos showing where we meet now, here are the links:

We will enjoy a nice walk up hiking trails to the Griffith Observatory. Wear good shoes for hiking! It's not particular hard, but it is a hiking trail.

As you climb your way up the hill with your new pals in tow, you’ll be exercising and socializing the dogs, and letting locals know they’re up for adoption. You’ll also become a puppy paparazzi and take their photos in front of panoramic backdrops—you can even pose with them with the famous Hollywood sign behind you.

Your pictures will then be used to generate interest in the rescue organization, attract potential adopters, and bring in donations that will help further care for and foster the dogs until they find their forever homes.

We had a group of 8 college students and it was our first time in LA all the way from NY. We all agreed this was definitely one of the best things we did in the city. The guides were great and the pups were all awesome. I highly recommend this!!!

The hike was nice, we went on the perfect day and was able to see as far as catalina island. Although you could easily do this hike alone, spending time with animals is what turns this simple hike into a real adventure. These dogs were fun to be around, funny to watch, and individuals themself. There were about 10 different dogs and each one was awesome with their own vibe. I did this trip because i miss my dog, and although these awesome guys cant replace my dog, they sure did put a smile on my face. AND you can actually adopt them! I believe one even got adopted at the end of our hike.

Amazing experience and couldn’t reccomend it enough! Most definitely a must do! The dogs are so sweet and a joy to walk on the path up and down. They do very well off leash too at times. Unique experience that is a must do!

There is literally no better way to hike Runyon. Words cannot describe the beautiful experience we had with our adorable pack of the best behaved pups. The hike was beautiful and the views of course but to be able to help these creatures and have the most unique and unforgettable experience made it that much better. Cannot recommend this experience more, this is a MUST DO while in LA!

Ryan was very knowledgable about the park and clearly had such great connections with the dogs. I would definitely recommend this experience! It was so lovely to meet the dogs and I made some new friends which was a bonus!

Was an amazing experience, they really care about their dogs and going out to walk them with others is a great method of rehabilitation and was a really enjoyable time for myself too.
