Jenny is very hospitable and has a wealth of coffee knowledge.Let's start with the life of the coffee bean from the sapling.She took us on a bike tour of her coffee bean estate, identifying Robusta and Arabica coffee trees and coffee beans.Open a fresh coffee fruit layer by layer to help us understand the three processing methods of coffee beans: sun drying, dense processing, and washing.And showed us the secret processing of coffee beans peeling and screening process with the machine.Finally, we also roasted the coffee beans ourselves, which was a great feeling.It was a perfect experience, in addition to learning about coffee, we also tasted juicy and sweet lychee and delicious rice noodles, as well as Vietnamese local specialty drip coffee.We had a great time together for eight hours.Thanks Jenny, I'll come back next time I get the chance.
