What you'll do

Our walking tour starts with the ducks (they are up front) and continue through our chickens. I will explain the various breeds and why we have them (production and show) and you can see the eggs in the nests. We will continue to the barn area where we will first visit with our dry stock (non-milking) and bucks. Here is where the guests will be allowed to pet the animals and interact and feed animal cookies we supply. I will explain the different breeds of goats, their origins, and show the difference between our dry goats and our milking line. From time to time there are babies of all species from goats, to ducks, to chicks, to bunnies. We cannot plan what we will have at any one time but most always something with feathers in a brooder. We are also a cat foster so most of the time there are kittens to see. If we have baby goats at the time, the guests will have the opportunity to pet, snuggle and love on the goats. We provide disposable gowns and gloves. They will view the milking parlor and we will explain how we produce the milk from beginning to end. The tour will conclude with a sampling of cheese made here on the farm Approx 2 hour tour depending on interest with the last 20 minutes spent sampling our various goat cheeses and products.

Wear comfortable shoes/clothes, bug spray or suncreen, if sensitive, and ALL visitors must wear a properly worn mask

Where you'll be

Our farm is the location of the experience. We will tour our quaint 3 acre farm, meeting the animals, visiting the milking parlor, touring the barn and conclude on the porch of the creamery tasting a variety of the cheeses with explanations of each cheese making process and products we produce. Products will be available for purchase. Strollers would not be a good idea.

What an amazing tour! Pam made it fun and educational teaching us all about her sustainable farm and introducing us to new experiences with goats, chickens and emus! Then she loaded us up with tasty food, all produced on her farm, courtesy of her GOATS! The Dancing Goat made my birthday really special.

This place is awesome! Pam is such a great tour guide, who makes sure you understand exactly what is happening the whole time. Every animal on the farm is so chill and tame. Expect an amazing assistant in the way of a very welcoming tuxedo cat, who stays with you the entire tour. Finally rounding out with an awesome taste test of milks and cheeses. Every single person that we encountered was helpful, welcoming and excited to see us. This is an experience that we normally would not have done, and I am so glad we did! Also-we actually cuddled the baby goats. Come ON!! Thank you, Pam and staff, for your hospitality and gestures. We will definitely be back!

Excellent visit, wonderful and engaging host. Lots of amazing stories and valuable learning for old and young. It’s great to be so close to animals and the kids loved the opportunity to feed and pet the goats. The tasting was really nice. We purchased eggs and other products. The cheese was amazing and so were geese ans quail eggs. Meanwhile, check for freshness as The chicken eggs we purchased had to go to the garbage- a pity.

I wasn’t expecting it to be this amazing experience. The animals were really cute, we got to feed them. We tested tons of exquisite different cheeses, milk and yogurt.

Pam was an absolutely amazing host! The Dancing Goat was more than happy to help me plot a surprise birthday party for my wife’s birthday. Ask for the cheesecake and pay whatever they ask for it!!!

Pam was so kind and you can tell she loves this farm with her whole heart and soul! We had a blast and it gave us a chance to learn a lot about farming and the different pieces of work needed to make a farm run. Of course, the goats were amazing! They all brought their own personalities with one thing in common: they love cookies. We also saw the sweetest cat, chickens with fascinating hair, and much more followed by a delicious tasting of the farm’s products. Truly an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend!
