Founded at the end of the 60’s, Domaine Olivier originates in the few vineyards left by Antoine Moreau-Chevalier to his grandson Hervé, my father.
By purchasing vineyards and new plantations, the estate first stretched out on Santenay then on Savigny-les-Beaune, Pommard and more recently, Rully.
During the development of our activity, we endeavored to exploit old terroirs, historically renowned for the production of Santenay white wines. These plots, abandoned for almost a century for some, have allowed the production of white wines which are now renowned among Bourgogne wines. Thanks to this specificity, we are now the main Santenay white wines producer.
Since 2003, I took over from my father, and, I have been managing all of the activities of the Domain. I’m applying to work in the respect of my convictions: “make a good work and enjoy doing it!” Take time to discover my universe, where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir’s vineyards are used with full respect of the environment, and pleasure is the rule.

I hope you will enjoy tasting my wines as much as I enjoyed making them!

We had a very good experience with this vine grower & wine producer. It started with an explanation of the vine growing process on the land with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Then we went to the wine cellar and had a nice wine tasting.

Great experience for someone who was not to familiar with wine or the region. As soon as we arrived we felt at home. The tour although quick was detailed with useful information and some personal history. The cave is brand new and very elegant. Then of course theres the wine, several great choices. I highly reccomend for the excellent value, beautiful location and great comraderi.

Excellent experience, personable and friendly and obviously dedicated to their family’s wine production. I have been on several other wine tastings but none were as relaxed and informative, our myriad of questions were answered in full and nothing was too much trouble. We bought wine but there was no expectation on their part to do so. Go there!
