New Zealander, Laura Ainscough, is the Director of Stylewalk MX, a tour company specializing in unique experiences for modern travellers to Mexico City. Laura was previously the architectural journalist for Slot Studios - the designers of the Mexican Pavilion at the 2010 World Expo, Shanghai & entrants for Koolhaus' 2014 Venice Biennale. She co-designed & built her own house in the Andes, Ecuador.

Where you'll be

We'll traverse the inner city to see the most outstanding examples of modern, postmodern and colonial buildings. The selection will depend on the day of week & your preferences. Examples are Biblioteca Vasconcelos, Kalach Torre 41, Barragan's Casa Gilardi, & Deco Edificio La Ermita.

Please remember you'll need to bring MXN cash with you to pay for any consumibles or entrance tickets, where relevant. With some buildings, we'll need to apply for permission to take photos. Don't worry, I will be in touch with you before hand to advise about the itinerary and assoc. entrance costs
