What you'll do
We are very passionate about churros and chocolate, especially the Mexican kind. You may not know this but chocolate was invented in Mexico by an indigenous group and then exported to the world. Together, we will cook one of Mexico´s favorite pastries. We will go through the whole process from scratch. We will also create an amazing ganache chocolate using some of the most amazing cacao beans we have from Mexico. We will also make hot chocolate from scratch to pair with the churros. We will be cooking in one of my coffee shops locaed in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Mexico City. Don´t worry about needing fancy equipment because you do not need a profesional kitchen at home to make this recipe.

I own Privilegium Trufas, a company focused on expressing emotions and sensations through coffee and chocolate to help people reach a sense of happiness, unique experience I call "the perfect marriage.” Riccardo loves Mexican food culture and traditions. He runs the largest specialty coffee chain in the city, where he sells award-winning pastries.

We will use the facilities at the Borola Café . The facilities are located in Colonia Juarez, one of the most vibrant and interesting neighborhoods in Mexico City.
