What you'll do
I propose you a beautiful relaxing and invigorating parenthesis accessible to all: - a journey to discover your body awareness to learn to relax, strengthen and listen to your body and mind, - an accompaniment to meet your breathing and your emotions. We will begin the session with a deep breathing practice, then you will be guided through a series of postures (asanas) fluidly before concluding on a meditative relaxation. Join me for a moment in a small group where you will enjoy the fresh air either facing the sea or in contact with nature, while enjoying the beautiful light of the Côte d'Azur. Bring your good mood, a comfortable outfit and a beach towel or yoga mat (which I can provide if needed). Beginners are welcome !
Concerned with the well-being of the other, I propose to help you to take care of your body and your balance to not forget your experience through an outdoor yoga session of 1:00. I gained a global vision of yoga practice that was built on years of exercise in this discipline, completed by a 200-hour training with a certified teacher. Body language has helped me a lot in finding answers to difficult situations by helping me maintain a certain level of physical and psychological well-being.
