What you'll do

~ I can make private classes and different dates, send a message! ~ It's not easy to find true Portuguese Traditional sweets and pastries, so this is your chance to know all about them! This class is focus on lesser-known sweets that are loved by locals but travelers don't usually have a chance to know about or taste. Let me introduce you to the amazing way of baking sweets and desserts in Portugal that I learned from my grandmothers. During our experience, I will tell you all the story behind the sweets, who created and cherish them until nowadays and all together let's bake 3 different and scrumptious portuguese delicacies: my favorite Conventual Sweets! There are hundreds of different traditional sweets, so I will change the recipes quite often. This season (fall/winter 2019) we are making: - Brisas do Liz - Queijadas - Pastéis de Feijão Attention: If you are looking for Pastel de Nata, I host a class on those, please check my profile.
