What you'll do

If you'd love to hike, but don't have the experience and want someone to lead the way, I've got your solution! We love the outdoors... especially hiking! Our hikes allow you to be in the outdoors with someone experienced to lead the way. We've been hiking here in the Great Smoky Mountains since 2001.

Once we head out on the hike, we'll insure you have a pleasant and safe experience while also sharing with you information about the history in the area plus knowledge about local plants, flowers and trees.

You’ll see 3 waterfalls and the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We do ask a 2 person booking minimum for this hike please.

What an amazing, beautiful, rewarding experience! We had such a good time on the waterfall hike. Mark had a variety of exciting information about different flowers, history, and fun jokes that kept me on my toes. It was incredibly kind of him to bring extra snacks, water, and hiking sticks for everyone. We highly recommend participating in one of the guided hikes Mark offers. We are not avid hikers by any means and we had a wonderful time!

Mark went out of his way to make us feel a sense of awe and inform us of where we were and what we were seeing/experiencing. We could not have done the trails we did and see what we saw without him. Even as novice, he made us feel empowered and helped us with everything. I would sign up for anything he was offering knowing I was in very capable hands.

Mark was a great guide. Professional, knowledgeable, engaging and personable. We wouldn’t have done this on our own, so Mark’s expertise allowed us to experience, learn and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies on a whole new level. We would highly recommend this activity.

We highly recommend the Guided Waterfall Hike. This was an amazing experience and we are already looking forward to returning again next year. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed and safe from the beginning to the end of the hike. He stopped for brakes when he realized we were getting a little winded. Our safety was his number one priority and it was well appreciate. He provided us with a wealth of history regarding the National Park and the surrounding area. He made sure we had everything that we needed including hiking poles, water and snacks. He also made sure that we had plenty of pictures so that we could cherish the memories for a long time. If you are going to be in the area please do not leave without taking this hike. You will not be disappointed. Larry and Rhonda Griffin
