I was born and raised in San Francisco, and my partner Donna is from New Orleans. After our favorite coffee bar closed, we launched Punto Fino, our own artisan coffee roasting company. We love meeting coffee lovers and sharing our roasting methods, such as using a cast-iron skillet or a commercial-style drum roaster.
