What you'll do
Sewing is for everyone. While visiting Michigan's Blue Water area, take time to enjoy making a multi-purpose project that you can take home. Each quarter throughout the year, we offer a different take-and-make artistic project. We offer a relaxed atmosphere with attention from our experienced educators. You will gain knowledge and have fun creating a project. If you wish, after lunch I will be happy to accompany you in your car to two nearby quilt shops. One of them offers a variety of quilting fabrics and patterns. The other specializes in flannels and wide batting—here you can tour the personal studio of a professional longarm machine quilter, who will share her knowledge gathered over 20 years and showcase her art quilts.

My husband, Wayne, is an expert machine technician with over 17 years of experience. We have wonderful, loyal customers who love to come sit and sew in our classroom every week.
