What you'll do

I will pick you up and show you that between two of Wales largest cities lies a sumptuous strip of the Wales Coast Path that is both beautiful and refreshingly unspoilt. Sitting next to the ocean, this impressive stretch of coastline encompasses wildlife rich river estuaries, sandy beaches, limestone cliffs, rock pools and sweeping ocean views. This 6.5 mile walk starts near the pretty village of Ogmore-by-sea. We will then proceed parallel to the sea along sandy beaches and clifftop paths with sweeping views across the sea to the English coast, a dream for photographers and lovers of ocean views. You will then stop for a rest at the picturesque Dunraven Bay, a beautiful cove of sand and shale with numerous rock pools where you can enjoy some delicious Welsh snacks and even paddle in the sea.

Fantastic trip through a gorgeous stretch of the Welsh countryside along the coast. Even with a bit of light rain the hike was enjoyable with many opportunities for great pictures of both landscape and wildlife. Andy was prompt, the vehicle roomy, clean, and comfortable. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the area, the wildlife, the history of landmarks, and made us feel very welcome. He is a wealth of knowledge about excellent things to do in Wales and we would book a trip again with him in an instant next time we are back in Wales.

Awesome day! Very pretty walking track. Reasonably flat and speed is based on group fitness level. Hotel pick up & snacks were great. Definitely recommend.

Andrew is an amazing host. He loves nature and his passion makes the trip a worth! He is also very easy going and didn't mind stopping over (1000 times :-)) for pics. The shoreline is beautiful. Andrew shared his personal stories and some local treats. I would do it again!
