What you'll do
We'll visit 2 craft beer breweries and 1 craft cidery. We’ll kick things off by trying a selection of one-off experimental beers, many never to be made again. Then, we’ll take a short walk to try a number of beers from America’s first non-profit brewery. Finally, we’ll change your view of ciders by showing you just what apples are capable of at Portland’s leading cidery. During the tour, we’ll go right into brewing facilities to check them out, and do something only pros can enjoy -- drink fresh beers & ciders right out of the tanks! While enjoying these delicious local drinks, you’ll meet my brewer friends – some of the best people I know.

For over 8 years, I have been writing & speaking (mainly in Japanese!) about Portland's craft beers and ciders, and about the people who make them. I have had the honor to be featured in many public events, web sites, TV, and magazines, including The Economist. 日本語でツアーを催行致します！ J’offre des visites guidées en français!
