I'm a Trekking Guide certificated six years ago but passionated and devoted to this activity since i was a child. I've climbed several mountains in Los Andes such us Aconcagua, Plata, Maipo, Lanin, Vallecitos, Rincon, to name a few. Now, I do low and medium dificulty expeditions with small groups. I have WFR certification (Wildness First Response). My goal is to get my guests immersed in a natural and breathtaking enviroment in contact with the local flora and fauna in a safety way and with a big respect and care to the nature, doing trekkings through our mountains.

Where you'll be

We´ll start walking from the Refuges area, close to 3000 meters above see level, through the formation known as The "Cadenita" (The little Chain). We´ll pass by a stream and a little waterfall that get freeze during winter; this water can be drunk because it's water pure from thaw. We will reach the summit of Arenales and continue to Lomas Blancas. At this point the views will take you breath away wherever you look

The day was a mix of amazing views, great exercise and interesting conversation. Pablo has a lot of knowledge about the mountains. He was very thoughtful about making sure the experience was a good match to my abilities. It's amazing to listen to the quiet at the summit. So peaceful! This hiking day was great. Pablo is a very friendly and experienced guide who knows how to make it a great experience in this beautiful scenery. The reward of reaching the top and the lovely lunch made it perfect. And as a bonus of nature: we saw condors and guanaco 's. If you like hiking just go: you won t regret it.

The hike was fantastic and the scenery was breathtaking. Pablo was an excellent guide. He was friendly, fun and tailored the hike for my experience and fitness level while providing helpful information about the area. Plus, anyone who hikes 3 hours up a mountain with wine and cheese on their back for my consumption is alright by me. LOL

This was truly an exceptional experience. Pablo is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and extremely passionate about trekking and being in the mountains. He thought of everything and prepared the most amazing lunch - with wine! He communicated well and told me what to expect, and also checked in with me many times about the pace we were walking and reminded me to drink water. If you love to hike and want to get to interact with a friendly local, this is an experience you cannot miss. I’ll be back for a longer trek next time!
