This experience was led by a very nice fellow from new zealand. The food was all really great! The concept and set up is a fun one, where guests provide some very minor help with the food prep (pinch together an empanada, grind some chimichuri, and pour a mate), while the rest of the time food is brought out, explained and shared. The age range of other guests on the evening I went was in the 70ish range I'd say, but I'm sure this varies. The food kept coming fast and furious (as did the wine which was great!) - a bit more time between courses might be nice, but there is a lot to get through, and it is already a 3 hr long experience. Overall it was nice evening, and good way to experience some local food.
