What you'll do

(schedule on the class day) 1)Meet in our classroom. 2)Introduction – we explain details about the class 3)Let’s make sushi! Create your beautiful flower-patterned sushi art! 4)Let’s eat! Enjoy your kazarimaki sushi and chat about your experience with a cup of tea. Kazarimaki is known as Art Sushi Roll in English. Even Japanese people think this kind of sushi roll is difficult to make without special lessons. Maybe you’ve never seen it before, even if you are a foodie. You can find the same sushi patterns in on websites and in books, but it’s hard to copy from a photo. Of course, you can’t buy this sushi roll from any normal sushi shop or restaurant. But after this class, you can make it at home! Please come and join us in this hands-on class. You’ll be so happy because you can make it yourself and home and share the happiness with your friends!
