Christine is clearly passionate about coffee and ethical sourcing, and it was great to share several cups on a beautiful and crisp morning. She explained to us her personal philosophy on coffee and the return to small-scale and community-based agriculture. While this was less information-heavy than I was expecting, it was balanced by Christine's openness about her personal relationship with coffee and her willingness to show us around her property and welding workshop. Highly recommended for medium-sized groups who would like to spend some outdoor artisan time outside of a brewery or winery!
