What you'll do

We will welcome you at my place, where we will show you the organic family vineyard, wine cellar and storage cellar.
"Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOC" is our traditional wine produced only on the Vesuvius slopes, since Roman times.
This vineyard is different from other producers as it is 100% organic, and the wine is produced and sold exclusively here.
Get ready: you will eat a lot! We will offer you our km 0 typical products (bruschetta, casatiello bread, provolone cheese, salami and capocollo cold dry meat) durum spaghetti with Piennolo Vesuvian tomatoes and basil, wood fired baked bread served with our own Extra Virgin Oil of Olive and Vinegar condiment of Lacryma Christi. These will all be paired with our Spumante Rosè and four Lacryma Christi SUPERIOR wines (white, rosè, red and red Riserva). To conclude, Passito dessert wine will be served with the typical Neapolitan Pastiera pie (ricotta cheese, grain, candid fruits).
In the end free time to walk around the vineyard and take pictures.
In this experience all the wines tasted are part of a quality selection called SUPERIOR.
The Winery is open to the public so you could be in contact with people from all over the world :)

The wine tasting takes place in the family vineyard, located on the Vesuvius slopes overlooking the Gulf of Naples, Sorrento peninsula and Capri island.

The wine tasting tour is a truly unique experience and the location makes it even more magical. The tour of the vineyards is quite short (10-15 min) and then you go straight to the wine/food pairing in the terrace with a view on the bay and Capri. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience, I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the region. This was my second visit since 2018, and I look forward to going back again soon. There's something magical about this lovely vineyard perched on Mt Vesuvius, overlooking the Bay of Naples. Plus, the wine is some of the best in the world. Even my friend, who is not a fan of wine in general, had a fantastic time and enjoyed the samples. Come hungry - the delicious meal is copious. Everything about this is a great deal - good food, great views, and an incredibly unique experience. Plus, it's easily accessible via public transportation - the free shuttle picks you up at the train station, and the driver generously dropped us off at Pompeii after the tour. Please do note that the vineyard visit is very concise and lasts about 10-15 minutes - if you're looking for an in depth, detailed, precise explanation of the wine making processes, this is not it, although employees are happy to answer any questions. (I realize this is starting to sound like a paid advertisement, but it absolutely is not - I just love coming here and hope to visit again soon!)

The vineyard is really great (and one of the few in the region to visit). You can have a pleasant afternoon drinking amazing wines and enjoying the Naples bay landscape. The family picked me up at the train station (so you don´t need a car to arrive, which is quite convenient, considering you want to drink wine), welcomed me and explained all the details about their vine and how they make it. The wine-food pair is really great. The red wines have that light oak smell that I really love!

This was an amazing time! We took the train and ended up being an hour late but Giovanni was so understanding. I felt we had the perfect amount of learning about the vineyard to the move on to the food and wine. The food was incredible along with the view! Only thing, we paid for the superior tasting but received the classic till the end when I let him know and he corrected.

Really great experience - had a nice afternoon enjoying a good meal in a lovely setting with a great friend. I wouldn't say this was an overly technical wine tasting experience. The tour felt very scripted. But the overall experience was great. We enjoyed an unrushed tasting with full meal and then relaxed with a bottle of wine (that we purchased separately) while overlooking the Bay of Napoli in the sun. if you're a wine connoisseur, this probably isn't your choice of wine tastings. but if you're looking for an enjoyable afternoon in Naples, definitely worth it!

We did enjoy the visit a lot! The location is beautiful, it is easily reached by train and to get a free shuttle from the train station was very comfortable. The wineyard is incredibly nice. Everything was very well organized and no need to say, we enjoyed lunch and wine tasting so much - wines are really incredible! It was a very good feeling to see how a small family business is running and to at least a little bit support bio wine making. Only one flaw what we noticed was that "educational" part of the experience was very quick and short. I hope that it will be improved later! We will definetely come back one day! Good luck!
