We both enjoyed cooking different meals - both were in a pressure cooker, although we could have chosen a meal in a tagine. First we went to the souk to buy our vegetables and meat. Then we prepared the food, chopping, etc. with the help of Yassin and Aman. Aman in particular was very patient in helping us learn the Moroccan ways - she was a good teacher for someone with limited knowledge in the kitchen. She was extremely passionate about her cooking. We made meat with artichokes and fresh peas, and meat with dried fruit. Both were delicious. Really enjoyed this experience!
