I purchased this experience as a gift for a friend’s milestone birthday. I thought DJ lessons would be a really unique and fun experience and it exceeded my expectations. We had a great time with DJ Burt. He was very patient and shared so much music knowledge with us. It was a very enjoyable experience and I am already brainstorming on who I will gift the experience to next. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Amani is the TOP choice of your magical LA experience, he’s an industry expert, well equipped with amazing skills set, passionate about DJ culture, wonderful storytellers. We’re a group of creative people looking for team bonding and learn some basic DJ experience. He welcomed us in the Magical SONY MUSIC studio, shared his personal story and adventures in the past decade, shared his inspirations, taught us how to understand Vinyl and scratch vinyl! It’s very fulfilling with in such a short time. I wish his session is a bit longer so we can enjoyed more :)

If you’re thinking about booking - stop thinking, BOOK NOW! I booked this as a surprise for a group of my friends for my birthday and hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Burt is so knowledgeable, personable, kind, funny, and an all around awesome person/artist and (my self-proclaimed) friend! The experience was one of a kind - we never knew how much skill goes into being a DJ but when you take the class you’ll realize, this isn’t just a walk in the park but Burt makes it fun and the most challenging aspects seem so simple. I will return and would recommend this 10000 and 1 times to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime chance to not only be a DJ for a day but hang with a renowned musical genius.
