Incredible experience! Such a wonderful place. The cafeteria was super cozy, and the people which were in charge of the experience we're extremely nice and kind. I would definitely recommend this activity! Thanks to everyone for this experience!

I love coffee, though I would consider myself anything but a coffee connoisseur- most of the time I don’t even like the special coffees that others rate highly back home. So I was a little unsure about doing a tasting, but when I found Gaby’s experience paired with chocolate I was finally convinced to go for it! While the tasting is all about the coffee, and the chocolate is more a by-product, this is a well put together experience and I am really glad I went. I could not pick a single flavour or aroma at the beginning - besides “coffee”... :-) - but left with a completely new sense for my palate and what happens when we taste something, as well as chocolate being a lot more than just “something sweet”. Gaby is friendly and welcoming and was super patient. The cafe is in a really nice alleyway with lots of boutiques. I definitely recommend this experience.

It was a great experience, Gaby explained many things in detail and also gave us time to prepare the coffee on our own. The combination and pairing of coffee, chocolate and fruits was really special. Furthermore Gaby was a great guide, showed her passion for the topic and was very very welcoming.

Gaby was an intelligent, social and patient host. This experience was incredible. I thought I was just going to drink some coffee and eat chocolate but it was more than that. Gaby has you actively participate in the process. She shows you how to process your own senses and listen to your pallet. I also got a lesson on the culture, industry and economics of Mexican coffee. It was a truly fascinating experience. Gaby was even kind enough to help me shop for some coffee beans to take home afterwards! I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who has a couple of free hours on their trip. The price cannot be beat!

Gaby was excellent. After booking the experience she immediately contacted us to welcome us. Her understanding of coffee was superior to anyone I have met before. She has a deep passion for the subject and myself and partner learned a great deal from the experience. She also took the time out to teach us how to make coffee properly. The ambiance was amazing in a beautiful dining room nearby the Frida Kahlo museum. The truffle pairings were just as special with each savoring bite making a special pairing experience one’s palette will not forget. You will be feeling like life really is like a box of chocolates when you leave the experience with Gaby. Enjoy!
