What you'll do
1. We will meet at the Southwest Salsa House at the scheduled time and begin the lesson with a demonstration, lead by myself, on what type of local flavors are essential for salsa making! 2. We will talk about the 3 different salsa's you will make for this workshop and we will determine your own personal heat tolerance level , as it will pertain to one of the salsa's you will be preparing today. 3. You will be supplied gloves, sanitizer, three To-Go containers for your salsa creations. Next we will set up your work stations with a chopping board and a mixing bowl. 4. Next step, we will begin building our salsa's simultaneously with the other class members through my demonstration processes. We will be working outside under the patio, because part of the demo will include using the grill. 5. After each salsa recipe, we will have a tasting moment before moving onto the next flavor profile. (BEST PART OF THE CLASS) This will be the moment in which we will assess you personal heat level. 6. Once we have made our salsa's for the workshop, we will clean up our stations and participate in brief question and answer dialog.
