What you'll do
We will learn how to cook tasty recipes in line with the foods allowed by the Ayurvedic Ekadasi plan. The ingredients are mostly vegetables, tubers, radishes and all kinds of fruit. We will see how to make this health practice fun and enjoyable, easy and cheap. During the preparation, I will explain the origins of this ancient practice, all its benefits, spiritual principles and how to insert Ayurvedic Ekadasi into the monthly routine. When all the food is ready, we will have lunch together.

The food is always my passion thanks to the teaching of two fantastic cooks: my mom and my grandmother. After years passed to work in journalism and in the world of communication, I decided to deepen this passion by cooking courses. l love the food of tradition and also the curative. Now I work to organise catering and I’m coach of well-being, helping, especially, women in menopause to keep the weight under control through Ayurvedic Ekadasi: a caloric restriction that can culminate in a fast, an eating plan with spiritual implications. I have personally known how healthy it is.

Where you'll be
The cooking class will be held in my house surrounded by the greenery and wonderful nature of the Castelli Romani Park, a few steps from the beauty of the tuscolane villas of Frascati and the abbey of San Nilo in Grottaferrata, jewel of the year 1000.
