For this unique cooking class, we’re partnering with Elena Reygadas, chef-owner of Rosetta and Panadería Rosetta. Born and based in Mexico City, Reygadas is known for her thoughtful approach to cooking and her influence on contemporary Mexican gastronomy. Through her restaurants, scholarship program, and editorial projects, she champions biodiversity, equity, and education.
