What you'll do

When you arrive at the meeting place, I will take you straight to the foothill. The trail starts with a 200m asphalt pavement along the local residence before it goes into the nature trails surrounded by the cool, tropical jungle. The highest point is only 800 meters from sea level or 2651 feet that will only take about 50 minutes up on the 4.2 trail. This is considered to be an easy trail and should not be a problem for those doing their first hike. The views that will open up to your sight will be amazing, all across Ipoh city up to the Kinta valleys on clear days. We will then go to the 5.4 trail, the highest point where one of the Radio Television Malaysia's pylon towers are and with a bit of luck we may spot some of the floras and faunas that live there. It will take about 90 minutes to get there, but we will be walking by really beautiful high scenic spots on the hill, perfect to take nice pictures for memories and perform light exercise. Finally, after descending the hill I will take you for a Malaysian breakfast at the nearest Mamak restaurant and have a chitchat before parting into our own ways. The whole experience will take about 2.5hrs depending on our hiking pace.
