What you'll do
I’ll give you a brief introduction on the basics of paddleboarding and kayaking before we head out onto the water to explore a lush mangrove jungle. As we wind our way through narrow canals, we’ll be on the lookout for all different types of wildlife including; manatees, iguanas, birds, crabs, fish, raccoons even possibly dolphins. We’ll explore the natural wonders of the area for a couple hours before making our way to a small island where we will relax, swim, maybe snorkel a little and enjoy a delicious fresh fruit snack and drinks . Including; grapes, strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, banana. Drinks included and totally free all you can drink; beer, wine and water. After we are all full and everyone is ready to go we will head back to shore. There is never a rush for time. We will stay as long as everyone is having fun. Please keep in mind the manatees and dolphins we are spotting are wild animals roaming a large area. They are seen less often in the summer months. Don't worry there will still be many beautiful plants and animals to see and learn about.
Other things to note

I have spent most of my life in, on, or near the water. I began snorkeling and scuba diving in the Keys when I was younger. After moving north here to Miami, I fell in love with surfing and stand-up paddleboarding. I've been teaching people about the outdoors and watersports for 10 years. I am privileged enough to share my passion with a couple thousand new friends every year. If you are a beginner or have never paddled before don't worry it's easy as pie.
Where you'll be
We’ll meet at a local nature preserve most people don't even know as a paddle location. With me, you’ll hit the water and visit Haulover Sand bar, Sandspur Island and a natural mangrove jungle.

Aaron was a relaxed, fun guide who knew a lot about the ecosystem and wildlife in the area. Although we didn't see a whole lot this time out, the paddle boarding was an adventure! Bonus points for Aaron's cooler of seltzers and beer. Oh! And getting to feed the raccoons (they're cute, I promise) on the island we took a break at.
