What you'll do
Learn to make authentic Chinese dumplings (Guotie aka potstickers) with Nicole from Asian food blog, Chen's Table. It'll be all hands on deck – you'll be taught how to make the dough, what goes into a good filling, master the art of folding them, how to cook them and of course eat them together after! I'll help you every step of the way so that afterwards, you'll be able to make them yourself at home.
Eating has always been a massive hobby of mine but my passion for cooking really escalated after I moved to London from Sydney. Fueled by my love of food and my heritage, I created Chen's Table – a food blog consisting of my own and my family's recipes as a way to share my love of cooking and inspire people.
