We had such a fantastic cooking class with Goi! She taught us how to make red curry and pad thai, and it was absolutely delicious. We also learned so much about the culinary culture of Thailand; we discussed every ingredient, why they are important to the dish, and how the dish has been adapted to the US.
Goi is such a warm, kind person. She really makes you feel welcome and gets to know you and your relationship with food and cooking. Goi creates an unforgettable experience that deepened our knowledge of cooking and broadened our perspective of food and culture. Highly, highly recommend.
