About your host, Manville
I'm a formally trained ramen chef at the International Ramen School in Yokohama, Japan. I took to ramen's simple ingredients and robust flavor. It's my favorite dish from all my travels and a staple of San Francisco's Japanese and Chinese communities. It's surprisingly easy to make, so I am eager to share this thousand-year-old culture with other foodies.

Come hungry and ready to learn! During this interactive dining experience, I will show you how easy it is to make ramen noodles from scratch using my own personal recipe!
