I had such a wonderful time at Tessa’s experience. We learned how to make bánh xèo and Tessa shared stories about Vietnamese immigrants after the war and how Dutch and Vietnamese culture came together to shape the food we know today. It wasn’t just about cooking but also about the history and traditions behind it, which made it really special.
Tessa is so sweet and welcoming, and she knows so much about the culture and the food. The group was great, the vibe was relaxed, and the food we made was delicious.
Highly recommend.

Tessa is a young, charming lady with a lot of love for the food from her ancestors' land. Starting from buying ingredients at an Asian shop, she guided us to a Vietnamese restaurant to have a little bite. Then in a beautiful cooking studio in Jordan, we started to cook. Her instruction was clear, and everyone had tasks to move their hands. The dish was delicious. I'm happy that I can make it by myself now. Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic experience! We had a great group and Tessa was awesome. We got a nice mini walking tour of the city and experienced shopping in a toko before enjoying some lumpia and heading to the kitchen. The food was excellent and we all had a great time. Highly recommend!
