Other things to note:
We will be teaching basic Krsna Bhakti yoga principles, a handful of practices which, when used anytime will bring great centering and peace to your life. These practices disintegrate blockages and old energy that is not serving us in our lives, allowing for unlimited new pathways most of us never knew were possible.

We hope you’ll come and visit us and enter deep into the chanting as we very much enjoy to do everyday ourselves ! If you ever wanted to learn about Krsna Kirtan, and or ayurveda, this is for you! Be well

I am a bhakti-yogi, vegetarian, ayurvedic student and permaculture enthusiast. I graduated from FSU, I spent 8 years living/studying as a Krsna monk, and now I am married and live on a small farm in west chapel hill. We have one son, and a herd of magical protected cows. Simple living, Higher thinking. We have great aspirations to become self sufficient on the land, and “repioneer” the country side along with “rewilding” ourselves. Growing most if not all of our own food, more direct dependence on the earth. I am now offering bhakti-yoga retreats, including ayurvedic dietary cleanses and info along with kirtan, chanting, mantra meditation, uplifting healing divine Krsna mantras. Separately we will occasionally offer cow therapy experiences here on our farm. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you'll consider coming out!

Your experience can be indoors or outdoors according to your personal comfort level and the weather :) We do not require anything but an open mind and heart. You'll visit our "barn house" here, on our farm in Chapel Hill, NC, where we will serve a light ayurvedic lunch prepared here with fresh produce from our gardens.
